Full Package Insurance

Full package insurance is an optional checkout add-on. If an insured package is seized in transit, we can provide a full refund for that order after the carrier status has been confirmed.

What It Covers

Orders with full package insurance are covered for confirmed package seizure during transit.

Refund Outcome

Once seizure is verified, the insured order qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid.

Important Exclusion

We are not responsible for lost packages. Lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments are not covered by this insurance.

Terms

Full package insurance must be selected during checkout for the order to be covered.

A seizure claim may require carrier tracking, customs updates, or related delivery documentation before a refund is issued.

Coverage only applies to confirmed seizure events. It does not apply to lost packages, incorrect shipping addresses, or recipient availability issues.
