How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 10-20 business days internationally. Express shipping (5-10 days) is available at checkout. Processing time is 1-3 business days before your order ships.

Yes! We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at akstreetmerch@gmail.com with photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at akstreetmerch@gmail.com to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Follow the same return process and mention the item you'd like to exchange for. We'll ship your new item once we receive the return.
